Spa Etiquette

It is suggested that you arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time in order to prepare with sufficient time. In the case that this is not possible regardless of the arrival time your treatment will end accordingly in order not to affect subsequent appointments. The total price will be charged regardless of your arrival time. Please be prompt!

To cancel or change an existing appointment it is necessary to call the spa 4 hours in advance. In the case that this doesn’t happen the client will be responsible for paying 50% of the treatment value.

The following behaviors are unacceptable and will result in the finalization of your treatment: excessive drinking, vulgar behavior and indecency.

If you are a guest at the hotel we suggest that you leave all of your valuables in the safe in your room.

It is not necessary to bring a bathing suit or something special to wear. We provide everything you need for the treatment. (Towels, robe, shower, soap, etc.)

It is important before every treatment that each guest fills out a medical form so that the treatment augments any existing medical conditions.
